Membership Category Changes
Is your current Membership STILL VALID but you want to change to another Membership type?

Please login to the Member Forum and click on and complete the Change your Membership Category form in the left hand sidebar. Send supporting documents for the new membership category to:

Your membership will be upgraded once the documents are received.

Please do not submit documents via a third party. These will not be accessed by ACPA as this is a means of distributing malware. Please download documents, have them certified as true copies by another professional, and send via email to office@acpa.org.au

Please note that processing of Membership applications and changes of Membership category takes up to three weeks once all documents are received

There is no charge to change your Membership Category until the date of your Membership renewal when you will be charged at the new Membership category rate. Where members change to a less expensive Membership category, for example, from Full Member to Non-practising Member or International Affiliate Member, a pro-rata rebate of fees is available on application to the Membership Committee.

Please select the Membership type you want to change to from the menu on the left and then select the appropriate CHANGE YOUR CATEGORY product from the product list.

Has your Membership EXPIRED and you want to reinstate it and change to a different Membership type than that you previously held?

Please reinstate your membership in your previous membership category, once this is approved, login to the Member Forum and complete the Change your Membership Category Form and send your supporting documents for the new membership category to:
