Membership Application, Renewal and Purchases Policy

After applying for membership, renewing membership, purchasing a listing on the Find a Clinical Psychologist Directory, or paying for other services online, you will receive an email confirmation from NAB Transact Ecommerce containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to process your application, renewal or purchase within one month; however, if administrative assistance is not available this may take a little longer.

We will attempt to send information about the success of your membership application, confirmation of renewal, and/or instructions on creating a listing on the Find a Clinical Psychologist within a month.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you wish to terminate your membership or listing on the Find a Clinical Psychologist Directory we will refund your fees on a pro rata basis.
Please email us at office@acpa.org.au so that we can resolve this for you.
